		<description>safe auto is a scam. twenty-eight day billing cycle = 13 months a year. what other company charges an application fee? they make millions annually off of that and other sucker fees.
safe auto stole 75% of their agents commissions, lost the court case and two appeals, has been ordered to pay $12million in damages and still won&#039;t pay. one agent was so angry they fired him. instead of hustling him off the property per their own protocol, they handed him his briefcase (with gun) and he went to blasting. management are whores, thieves, liars and worse.
customer service is designed to fend you off, not help you. safe auto is run by evil people. the human resources manager is a real asshole</description>

		<description>Wish I would have looked this crap up before I bought a policy from ShaftAuto! When I started a policy with them the lady told me that my payments were due on the 17th of each month, I soon received the policy info in the mail along with some papers to reject certain coverages, etc.. I signed the papers and faxed them to the provided fax number
before the due date. Then about 10 days later I received more papers, one stating that my payment was due in a few days!!! WTF?? So I called them, right up front the lady said they still need to get my rejection forms, and she said my payment was not actually due until the 16th. Ok
so I faxed again, waited 1hour called back to confirm, I got a new person this time, he said he did not see it, and said sometimes it takes a while maybe a few days because of the underwriting department. Soon a new statement came in the mail this time almost twice the amount I should be paying!!!! Called again, the Lady said it&#039;s because they had not received my rejection forms, I said I&#039;ve faxed them twice (BTW they have this demeanor like you are lying at all times) so I faxed them again (at a new number she gave me), called back 15-30min still nothing,
at this point the cancellation was in three days, the guy said I could call back the day before the cancellation period (16th) and make just the payment for the orig amount, and to check if they received the forms. I made my payment on the 16th, and yep you guessed it &quot;Sir we have not received your forms yet&quot; F@#K!!!! I faxed again!! Now today I received a notice of cancellation on the 12th!! So I call, I said why is my payment due before the due real date???? Lady says because I have a balance from the coverages that have not been rejected, because they I have not provided them the F#$KING rejection forms! I explained to her that I have faxed the the forms on several occasions. she said nope, I said let me speak to a manger. I explained, and manager was no help what so ever!!!! I said if I send the forms in the mail, and if/when you get them will you reverse the charges, NOPE!!! Sorry. She explained to me how it&#039;s my fault that I did not get them the rejection forms! Well F$%K you SafeAuto! I will go out of my way to do everything in my power to stop you guys from screwing another unsuspecting honest person out of hard earned money!!!! 

It is very obvious that this company utilizes deceptive practices.
Also my fax machine has NEVER had an issue sending faxes, we use it for business daily. I get a conformation from my fax every time I transmit a fax, It tells me If an error occurred or if it was successful, and me being an EE I know how fax machines work, and I know they got it!!!

It&#039;s also funny how when we post our bad experiences with shoddy companies, an employee alway jumps in to discredit your claims, kind of like they expect people to be unhappy with the scams, so they pay someone to google &quot;Safe Auto Sucks&quot; and then do some kind of damage control when they find the posts. LOL 

BTW I do feel bad for the employees of safe auto it&#039;s not their fault, this company is obviously exploiting them too.</description>

		<description>yeah havent had insurance for six months due to car problems so i was not driving it, driving family memebers cars. slid off the road the same damn day i got coverage, got coverage at 2 something in the afternoon then slid off at 10 that night, friend pulled me out when he did he broke my tow hook and in turn ripped my damn bumper off, adjuster pretty much said i was lieing, said i had to have a police report, when i even called and doubled checked and they said i didnt since i had comprehensive coverage, he now said i am being inverstigatedwouldnt tell me wat that is or anything wouldnt answer any questions and even said quote&quot; i am the one who writes the checks&quot; said that an agent would never say that no police report was needed so he wouldnt even pull the call recordeings pretty much called me a liar so what do i do now guys i am being honest with them and not doing anything wrong what is going on oh btw same auto can blow me.</description>

I tried to get them to send mvd the paperwork they needed, and they kept messing up. I had them send this stuff to my work and they sent me my insurance papers with some other persons DL #.</description>

		<description>Saying Safe Auto sucks doesn&#039;t begin to express my feeling!  I was hit by a safe auto client a week ago.  Safe auto claims that they cannot contact their client &amp; still have not sent an adjuster to see my truck.  They refuse to get me a rental until my truck is repaired.  I have 3 small kids at home &amp; one needs to get allergy shots and I am stuck at home without a vehicle thatks to safe auto.  Thank God I have State Farm insurance &amp; they are working on getting my truck fixed, but since I don&#039;t carry rental they also cannot get me a rental!  I could pay for one on my own &amp; submit it to safe auto but it is obvious that I would never see my money &amp; I don&#039;t have that kind of money to throw away for peoples&#039; ineffieciency.  I plan to make sure that I inform as many people as possible to never get safe auto insurance!</description>
